Love it! Yes, it's tacky. Yeah, it's a little unsophisticated. Uh-huh, it's sloppy. But it's great rib-sticking grub for cheap. I thought it tasted great when I was sober, I can imagine it would make for great drunk food.

The dubs are absolutely delicious! I find them best to eat right away or else they tend to get a little soggy but either way they are to die for!

Great sub sandwich with some awsome alternatives than what you're used to. Combine that with their witty and fun atmosphere and it's a great place to eat. Plus, it's very quick to get your food from!

This place is great! Fresh and healthy subs and sandwiches for anyone who loves a Mediterranean flair ;)

Very creative menu, every wrap I've had has exceeded my expectations. Seems like they use decent ingredients and they always crisp the "dubs" to perfection. This is by no means a good "date night" place or fine dining. Perfect for lunch or midnight munchies (seems to be the theme they push :) highly recommended!

Highly inconsistent. Can be great sometimes, and other times they'll deliver you a cold, soggy sandwich 4 hours after you've called for delivery.

The Subs r great, the Mennas fries r the big hit, not your ordinary fries, there more like home fries and u can get them plain which was good or loaded with cheddar & bacon makes the big winner

I graduated from CMU 2 years ago and wish there was a mennas near me! The CT dub is where it's at, but I've never had anything I didn't like

I thought it was super tasty. I got the veggie dub and it was huge. I could imagine that it would be the perfect night cap, if I was still in college. They are open til 4. I ordered fries also, which are more like potato spuds, not fries. They were good, but it just wasn't what I expected. The prices were reasonable, you can mix up the toppings to make a sandwich that you want, and I loved warm wrapped tortilla sandwiches.

More like "Meh-na's," amirite? I can see this place being awesome at 2am after a fun night in college. As a lunch customer...not so much. It was very average. The dub is basically a burrito/sandwich hybrid, which is fine. I mean, again. Whatever. But it was quite heavy and greasy - even the vegetarian one. It came loaded up with home fries in the wrap itself, and it was just really greasy and not my thing. Again though, I get why this would be really terrific late-night food. Seriously. I get what they're going for and why people rave about it. With my wits about me at 12:30 in the afternoon, however, I basically ate a fried potato and banana pepper burrito, and I'm not totally sure why. Meh.

I love mennas. I order it all the time. It's the perfect late night food and still pretty good during the day too. I always order a master dub with bacon and always leave satisfied. They can be a little pricey so I usually have it for an occasional treat but it's worth it.

I chose this place because my roommates boyfriend couldn't stop going on and on about it. I ordered a chicken wrap and my roommate and her boyfriend ordered their usual wraps. My wrap had too much lettuce and was lacking in cheese (I even paid for double). Her breakfast wrap had chicken in it. We reviewed the order and chicken was not what she selected. Even her boyfriend was unsatisfied. The side orders of French toast sticks were delicious! They deliver until 3am so Ill be ordering those again but that's the only thing. I assume this was an off night for the business because I've heard nothing but great things about them.

Whoa... just tried my first "Dub" -- a tortilla-wrapped sandwich of grill-top cooked ingredients. It was pretty delicious. My hot veggie dub came with piping hot grilled peppers, mushrooms, onions, and the the joint's specialty home fries, all dripping with melty mozzerella cheese and ranch sauce. (This is the only veggie option aside from a build-your-own, but I could eat this every time. Those who enjoy meat will find a bevy of options.) What makes the dub truly great is the crunch of the grilled tortilla outside the melty, savory filling. Menna's has several locations on campuses around Michigan. Apparently a couple of self-described "old hippies" started up their first student-operated "joint" at Michigan State to offer their favorite munchies to the public, which have been popular enough to warrant several new locations like this one by CMU. The place is themed with (not so) veiled weed references, which might lead you to believe you are ordering a "doob," but the house specialty is pronounced with a short-u like "shrub." I'll be back for another dub the next time I'm in the mood for some awesome comfort food.
